Heart rate and pace don't tell the whole story
Training on heart rate is fine, training on pace works too, but training on power is the next step for runners.
Every coach knows it: heart rate skews with heat, fatigue or stress, and pace skews with wind or hills. Power (watts) doesn't skew.
Cyclists have been training with watts for years. In running it's still relatively new ground, and whoever dives in now will soon have a head start on the rest.

In this recording we cover
Why power beats heart rate or pace
How to measure running power with a Stryd footpod
How to set your power zones
What power brings you on race day
You go home with concrete tools you can use with your runners right away.
