You need one credit to coach one athlete for three months and schedule workouts on their workout diary.
So you only need to attach a credit to athletes who effectively get workouts scheduled in the future! No credit is required for athletes who do not get workouts scheduled.
Credits are valid for an unlimited amount of time after purchasing them. The bigger the amount you purchase, the lower the prices per credit will be.
